Stephen Legari is a registered art therapist as well as a couple and family therapist. He holds a Master’s in Art Therapy from Concordia University and a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from McGill University, where he received the Award for Clinical Excellence. He has worked with a variety of populations in clinical, educational and community settings. In May 2017, Stephen took charge of the art therapy programmes at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. He is currently the only art therapist employed full-time at a museum.
