Economist, consultant, manager and cultural mediator. Founder and General Manager, since 2009, of Conexiones improbables, a company that works in creative economy and promotes and develops Open Innovation projects. He was the promoter, founder and director (1984-2009) of Grupo Xabide, where he managed hundreds of cultural, communication and public awareness programmes on developing the social economy and promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. Between 2004-09, he also conceptualized and directed Divergentes and Disonancias, Arts & Innovation. He is currently President of Karraskan, Network of Creative Experiences of the Basque Country.
