Together with Alex Osterwalder, he invented the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and Business Portfolio Map – practical tools that are trusted by millions of business practitioners. They co-authored the international bestselling books Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design, and recently The Invincible Company. Yves and Alex are ranked No. 4 in the Thinkers50’s Most Influential Management Thinkers in the world and hold the Thinkers50 Strategy Award.
