Xavier Castañer holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota) and an MBA in International Management from ESADE Business School. Xavier teaches and has published about Corporate Governance, Strategy and Development (alliances and acquisitions), Organizational Design and Innovation. He is also interested in the strategic management in the cultural sector in general and in the performing arts in particular. He is since 2011 the president of the association of the Academie vocale de Suisse romande, a professional choir based in Lausanne.
