Sébastien ANGERS
Biodiversity Designer & Innovative Farmer
Ferme de l’Odyssée
Sébastien Angers, an innovative agronomist, leads Ferme de l’Odyssée in Ste Monique de Nicolet, which he founded in 2016. Specializing in organic vegetable and cereal production, including leeks, winter squash, corn, and soybeans, Sébastien practices large-scale, cost-effective agroecology. His regenerative techniques, such as no-till farming and unique 60-inch corn seedling designs, promote soil health and sustainability.
At Ferme de l’Odyssée, Sébastien also produces 1,100 organic pigs annually in partnership with Viandes du Breton. The farm serves as a living laboratory where he applies design thinking to innovate and refine regenerative agricultural methods. Driven by a passion for biodiversity, Sébastien’s mission is to sow with the wind, structure the potential of living things, and harvest over time, fostering a deep connection between soil and human health.
