CEO, Centech
Currently at the helm of Centech, one of the most successful university incubators in the world according to UBI-Global, Mr. Chénier occupies an essential place in the Montréal and Canadian start-up ecosystem. An incubator associated with the École de technologie supérieure, Centech welcomes everyone and supports hundreds of start-ups every year. Centech is dedicated to the growth of high technology through entrepreneurship and is situated at the crossroads of high-potential start-ups, many of which have emerged from the university world.
In 2018, he was named by Urbania magazine as one of the 50 Quebecers who create the extraordinary. Since 2021, Mr. Chénier also sits on the Quebec Innovation Council as well as on the Board of Directors of Aéro Montréal.
Prior to heading Centech, Mr. Chénier was director of ETS Formation, one of the largest continuing education services in Quebec. He also had the privilege of training and advising more than 10,000 managers. He continues to collaborate with the Institut du leadership en gestion and offers his expertise on optimizing team contribution.
