Co-director & Founder
Fireplace Project Barcelona

Cultural Manager, Graphic Facilitator, Cultural Producer and Educator in the Arts, Quim has worked for cultural institutions for the past ten years. One of his strengths is his creative mindset and capacity to think outside the box, seeing the larger picture and finding new ways to solve problems. He has extensive knowledge about art education and contemporary art. He enjoys teaching, team building, and facilitating learning experiences, and has a strong interest in nature, ecology, and political science.

In 2015 Quim created Fireplaces Project Barcelona. Fireplace is an artist-led cultural platform with the objective to promote creative exchanges in the Barcelona context. Its aim is to generate a meeting point for professionals and cultural projects from the local context as well as with others from outside the city. With a program of walks, workshops and a co-working space, Fireplace focuses on the importance of art in a post-digital environment as a catalyzer for the exchange of ideas and critical thinking.
