Kathy Malas is passionate about innovation and knowledge management as a vehicle for health system transformation. Assistant to the President and CEO of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Montreal Hospital Center (CHUM). Kathy is a dedicated manager who promotes the integration of care, teaching, research, and innovation in partnership with patient-citizens and employees in practices and management. With a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Montreal and a graduate certificate in health management from McGill University, she also encourages open innovation to better meet the health and wellness needs of patients and their families.
