With over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in large corporations (VP Business Engineering CGI) and emerging companies, Mr. Lapierre managed project teams in different environments, including delivering major projects for transition of systems and infrastructure projects as well as corporate restructuring. He was responsible for delivering the FINA Montreal 2005 international games. He has led numerous implementations of training programs, involving many aspects of process and change management.
