Henri-Jean Bonnis is the founding president of Adsum Groupe Conseil, a consulting firm specializing in strategy, growth acceleration and organizational transformation of companies. Trained as an engineer, he quickly turned to project management and governance optimization. He is also an investor with Anges Quebec. He has held several directorships over the past eleven years. He is notably vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Quat’Sous Theater in Montreal. At PMI-Montreal, Mr. Bonnis has been on the Board of Directors since 2015 and has chaired the Strategy Committee since 2016.
