Professor-researcher at EM LYON and then at Kedge Business School (France), Florence has specialized in BtoB marketing, as well as in the negotiation of complex projects and solutions. Her PhD focused on co-development marketing strategies in business set-up.
Her current research focuses on the adoption of relational and service-oriented approaches in business development; networked innovation; the role of communities in innovation and the construction sector.
In her consulting and training activity, Florence Crespin-Mazet has worked with several major groups such as: Air Liquide, Arcadis, Bouygues, EDF, Kéolis, Saint-Gobain, Spie batignolles, Safran, Schneider-Electric.
