Blandine Hirtz holds a master’s degree in health economics (medico-economic evaluation and access to the drug market) from the University of Paris-Dauphine and has developed a solid experience in access to the health products market. After working for the French subsidiary of the pharmaceutical company UCB, in market access and drug reimbursement, for one year, she joined the headquarters of UCB Belgium, with a strong international exposure. She then continued her career at the market access consultancy Partners4Access in London.
