Since September 2020, Aïssa Khelifa is the CEO of Milvue, a company specialized in hospital AI. Until mid-2020, he was the #2 at Agfa HealthCare in France, which he left after organizing the merger with Dedalus.

Aïssa has 30 years of diverse experience in the healthcare world. He has held responsibilities in the French health insurance system, in a pharmaceutical company, and then for 16 years as a consultant specialized in information systems and innovation financing. He co-chaired for several years the “Medico-economics” working group of the International Society of Telemedicine.

He has acted as an expert for the European Commission and is the author of several strategic reports on the pricing of medical procedures, medical tourism and e-health in China.
