Application

  • There are a limited number of places for this program.
  • It is incumbent upon each applicant to ensure that his/her file is complete.
  • Applications which are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Applications are reviewed by a Selection Committee. The Selection Committee decisions are final.

Certificate of participation

A certificate of participation, jointly given by HEC Montréal and the University of Barcelona, will be awarded to participants who complete the program to the satisfaction of both institutions.

Cheques are payable to “HEC Montréal”. Please write the invoice number in the memo line of your cheque as well as Summer School and send it to the address below.

Payment terms

Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. Participants from outside Canada are required to pay the full amount 20 business days in advance.

Upon receipt of your invoice, please contact the Summer School organizing team at (+1) 514 340 1262 or secretariat.mosaic@hec.ca for instructions on how to complete your credit card payment.

To cancel their registration, participants must provide verbal notice, which must be followed by confirmation in writing : lucy.stojak@hec.ca)

Participants will incur the following fees or penalties for withdrawing from the Summer School:

  • On the last business day prior to the start of the program: 100% of the total registration fee
  • Two to five business days beforehand: 25% of the total registration fee.

HEC Montréal and/or the University of Barcelona reserve the right to cancel the Summer School on Management of Creativity and Innovation, in which case our liability will be limited to refunding registration fees already paid to us.
