Upen heads the Customer Strategy and Experience for SAP Innovation Center Network (ICN) globally. The ICN builds innovative solutions in the fields of machine learning, blockchain, and conversational AI as well as designs the future of work with software for the purpose-led enterprise.
In his role, Upen is responsible for the customer strategy of the ICN and SAP Chief Innovation Officer. He manages key customer relations, strategic and pioneering customer engagements and innovation enablement programs. He also represents the SAP Innovation Center on key external forums to foster strategic ties and to strengthen SAP’s perception in the field of Innovation Landscape.
A Leader in Digital Business Transformation and Innovation Management, Upen is also a senior Design Thinking coach.
He is a passionate fusionist when it comes to business or cooking and leverages his experience of having lived in several countries and experienced various cultures to create new flavors.
