Jaume Biarnés is the head chef for the research kitchen in ALICIA Foundation (Food and Science) research center in the kitchen and promote good eating habits in Sant Benet de Bages. He graduated in kitchen in Barcelona. He has worked in different places, accommodation, catering and pastry. He has been part of the restaurant El Bulli to participate actively in all spheres of action of this (restaurant, El Bulli workshop, catering, consulting and writing books). As the founding member of Alice, has coordinated the preparation of studies and publications on culinary techniques, history of food and agri-food promotion of heritage in Catalonia.
