Senior Researcher, Mosaic HEC Montréal

With 15 years of experience in strategic and operational management, Annie Passalacqua is a doctoral candidate in technology and innovation management in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montreal and holds a master’s degree in business strategy from HEC Montreal. As a manager and director of operations, she has led IT projects, digital marketing and the implementation of new business processes that have notably tripled revenues (CRM, CRS, OTA, RMS, GDS). As a lecturer, consultant and strategist in information and communication technologies, she leads digital transformation projects and integration of emerging technological tools. Passionate about innovation ecosystems, she is interested in knowledge management, collective innovation, and the valorization of business intelligence in an inter-organizational context, particularly in the health, aerospace, mobility, engineering, education, and tourism/hospitality sectors.

Involved in the promotion of female entrepreneurship and with a strong commitment to innovation in tourism, she founded a co-creation company for customized travel based on ultra-personalization and experiential tourism. She is involved with organizations for women in technology such as Technovation and Ladies Learning Code. Also active on social networks, she tours collaborative workspaces and open innovation spaces.
